Greeting from President
I am the president of S.I.J Co., Ltd. We established Nagano International Culture College in Suwa-shi, Nagano Prefecture in 1989, and as a Japanese Language School has the richest history in Nagano prefecture, we has produced thousands of graduates. This time, we have decided to establish a new group school in Matsumoto city. We opened Matsumoto International Japanese Language School (MIJS) to develop human resources needed for international society through Japanese language education.
Studying in Japan is the first step for international students to make their dreams come true. Supporting the students who have big dreams to globally succeed in the society is our teacher's wish. We believe that MIJS's mission is to give accurate and proper guidance to all students, and to cultivate human resources who can do their parts in the international society, and for that mission we face every individual of our students with sincerity.

Greeting from Principal
Matsumoto city was brought up by clean rivers flowing from the Japan Alps with its beautiful nature. The castle town has over 400 years history, and it has been crowded with trades and exchanges since ancient times. Matsumoto city has become the most attractive tour spot for foreign visitors to see historical national treasure, Matsumoto Castle and rich nature such as Kamikochi and Utsukushigahara Plateau. Now, Matsumoto International Japanese Language School has been opened in the Matsumoto city. From now on, many international students will learn Japanese at our school, and they will succeed in Japanese society with their knowledge in the future. it's our desire to cultivate more international students who can contribute to Japanese society.
